Jana Lang (she/they)

Owner / RMT / Reiki Master / Holistic Heath Practitioner

Inspired by their mother, who taught them to care for the body, the earth and the very preciousness of life, Jana has been practicing Reiki from the age of sixteen. Experiencing the benefit it provided herself and their family members, they attended Grant MacEwan University in 2008 to hone their skill and interest in Reiki, learning additional modalities such as Acupressure and Neurolinguistic Programming. They graduated a Registered Holistic Health Practitioner in 2011. Jana went on to receive a Registered Massage Therapy designation from M.H. Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2018.  During treatments, Jana utilizes breath and imagery work to release and relax trapped tension. She believes personal wellness is a unique process to be honoured, customizing treatments according to each client. Current services include: Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki Therapy.

Cris Leibel (she/her)

Registered Massage Therapist

Cris completed her 2200 hour Massage Therapy diploma here in Edmonton, graduating from M.H. Vicars School of Massage Therapy in June of 2022. Cris is passionate about offering thoughtful care to all of her clients. She has a deep respect for the mind-body connection, how energy and trauma present anatomically and affect soft tissue. Cris strives to ensure the treatment room is a safe, welcoming, therapeutic space for all to receive the many physical and emotional health benefits of Massage Therapy. Cris is an excellent skilled Massage Therapist and gets raving reviews from her clients. When not practicing, Cris spends the majority of her time with her rescue greyhounds. Current services include: Therapeutic & Deep Tissue Massage Therapy, Swedish Relaxation Massage Therapy & Prenatal Massage Therapy, Myofascial Cupping Massage Therapy.

Brittney Drewe (she/her)

Registered Massage Therapist

Brittney graduated in 2015 with 3000 hours and a certification in advanced orthopedic massage. She has a passion for providing deep relaxation and stress reduction sessions. She also enjoys offering her other modalities including Hot Stone Massage, Myofascial Cupping, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Therapeutic/Relaxation blended Massage sessions, and Pre/postnatal Massage. Brittney is skilled in holding gentle safe presence for her clients to relax into a deep peaceful place.  In her spare time Brittney enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, kayaking, watching live theater, and baking. She is enthusiastic about learning new modalities and expanding her knowledge.

Daisy Ross (she/her)

Registered Massage Therapist

Daisy has been an RMT for almost 4 years, graduating from Makami college in April 2020. She feels that during this time she has been truly transformed. 
She focuses her efforts into the the more therapeutic side of massage therapy and she is also knowledgeable in a wide variety of massage related modalities. Her favourites include deep tissue massage, myofascial cupping therapy, as well as incorporating different techniques together to help her clients with their best outcomes. Daisy has a wonderful sociable way of being in the world, and tries to use humour to help alleviate concerns, and put people at ease.

Stephanie Szeponski (she/her)

Registered Massage Therapist

Stephanie graduated from Makami College in 2013 and is registered with the CRMTA. Stephanie loves meeting people and finding solutions for their pain. Stephanie is skilled in deep tissue, relaxation, therapeutic, and prenatal massages. Her methods include trigger point therapy and joint mobilization, which help to increase circulation and improve range of motion. Stephanie enjoys learning, reading, writing, and volunteering with performing arts groups.
